The GB Student Rugby League Chairman’s X111 are currently in the Ukraine. Over the last three years. the “Pioneers” have visited Estonia, Czech Republic and Latvia giving each nation their firts ever experiences of rugby league. The squad is made up of Equal representation from the Four Nations. In 2008 they will visit Kharkiv, the second largest city in Ukraine and will play a Test Match against the national team on Sunday 13th July. They will also play a match against Latvia in Riga. By providing competative opposition the GB Students will help both Ukraine and Latvia as they prepare alongside Estonia to take part in their first Tri-Nations European Bowl later this summer.
