Founded by George Wallace in 1949 this family run farm near South Molton, Devon operates 1500 hives over an area of some 2500 square miles of rolling Devonshire hills and moors. Collected by the bees from the tiny purple heather flowers on the rolling hills of Exmoor their Heather Honey has a distinct and much sought after flavour. Over the years they have diversified into other quality honey-based products from honey marmalade to skin care preparations.
