Heat packs have a therapeutic effect radiating comfort and warmth

Clicking the metal disc makes the solution in the bag crystallise causing the entire solution to solidify, heating to approximately 130 degreesf/54c. The heat pack stays hot for about 30-60 minutes and then gradually cools down. It can be used to relieve rheumatic pain in the shoulders, neck or hands and is used widely by physiotherapists for sports injuries. Packs can also be used as a cold compress to reduce swelling.
