Do you deliver to The Rest of the World/Europe? Yes. Please email us to discuss your order and shipping costs.
How soon will I get my order? We aim to have UK orders delivered within 7 days.
We will notify you when your order has been dispatched.
Please allow at least 10 days before notifying us of overdue items.
What happens if I am not at home when the Courier tries to deliver? Items will only be delivered to the address specified. Please ensure that an adult is
at home when the package is delivered or arrange delivery to your work address. Some couriers will re-charge for delivery. Items will not be left in your porch or shed! If you miss the delivery of your item please email us immediately.
Can items be delivered to an address other than the one on my card? Yes. At the checkout you will be given the option of specifying a delivery address other than your card address.
What do I do if my purchase arrives faulty or damaged? Please email us immediately. The damaged goods must be returned to us within seven days of the item reaching you. See our Contact Page for details of our returns and refunds policies.
